Recently, I took a class in dry-point etching to add new techniques to my quiver of techniques for printmaking. It was taught by Ren Adams at New Grounds Print Workshop. I had a lot of fun learning this technique, especially when I got to use dry-point to etch images onto milk cartons! I also learned to do dry-point etching on tin and on plexiglass. Ceramics and My Tyvek Origami Cranes

Combining ceramics and origami to make beautiful outdoor art.

I am always looking for new materials to incorporate into my art. I was delighted to find I could use Tyvek for origami and incorporate it into outdoor art. My weather-resistant origami crane chains are a big hit at art shows, especially in the spring when people are beginning to spruce up their outdoor living areas.

Soup is Love Kick Off

Soup is Love project kick off was a success!

We had a wonderful turn out for the kick off of our year-long Soup is Love project, where we are making bowls for a fundraiser for homeless charities to be held in March 2018.
