Meet Me in Chattanooga

On Wednesday (April 19), Richard and I head to Chattanooga for  the 4 Bridges Arts Festival 2017We will be at the Tennessee Pavilion Saturday, April 22, 10am-6pm. Sunday, April 23, 10am-5pm.

I will be bringing new art to the Arts Festival, including the embroidered cards I showed you in my last blog — Having Fun with Paper Embroidery — and new framed embroidered paper quilts like the two shown below.

I look forward to seeing many of you in Chattanooga!

I am a paper artist living and creating in Albuquerque, NM. Working with paper to create art gives me an appreciation for the beauty and cultural significance of this versatile material. I began by folding origami cranes, and over the years my work has evolved to include handmade greeting cards, book making, boxes and mono prints. Each piece gives me the opportunity to create something useful while expressing myself artistically.
